  • Oct 29 - Nov 18 Data Entry
  • Dec 08 - All gifts due to church
  • Dec 10 - Inventory Check
  • Dec 13 - Distribution Day 9am to Noon



Email how many children you wish to sponsor (include your contact details) to secretsantasapc@gmail.com and our 'elf' will respond after data entry is complete on Nov 18.


Always needed...any time you can help with these fun activities -

  • Dec 2, Shopping 9-11am , Wrapping 10 - 2 pm
  • Dec 8, Shopping 6-8pm
  • Dec 9, Wrapping 9am until finished
  • Dec 13 Distribution Day, 9am until 3pm

Applications accepted Oct 28 & Nov 4th 9 am until Noon

  • Photo ID of parent or legal guardian
  • ID for each child - SSN card, birth certificate
  • Proof of Income -most recent documents to verify SS or SSI amount, Veterans benefit amount, Food Stamps, AFDC and/or payroll check stubs

You will be asked to provide three (3) wishes for each child.  Sponsors are given the amount of $50 to spend on each child (total).  There are no guarantees of receiving the wishes.  Wishes above $50 and not age appropriate may not be granted.
